Hi, I dont know if you know this, but there is a Yahoo Groups for the GT Xpress thats been around since 2004 with near 400 members.

Cathy Mitchell actually reads and responds to messages posted on the message board there, even mine. I just submitted a recipe for my “Fully Loaded Stuffed Soup” and I would like to post it here as well. I have lots of pictures of the entire process in it. Just copy paste the HTML source code and use your background layout.
