Pita Pizza Pockets Recipe
You can make this recipe on the GT Xpress with pita pockets or just regular pita bread:
Brush a little bit of olive oil on the outside of the pita bread so it browns up and gets nice and crispy. This also keeps it from sticking to the GT Xpress’s bowl. Assuming you’re using a pita pocket, stuff the ingredients inside. Here is what I use - Cheese, pepperoni slices, turkey, tomatoes, mushrooms and green peppers.
Close the lid for about five minutes and you’re done. Yes, it really is that easy. Stay tuned though as we’ll be introducing some more complicated, yummy recipes in the coming weeks.
This is an express pizza pocket and is very very good.
