Breakfast Burrito
The two-minute breakfast burrito is one of my favorite GT Xpress recipes. Despite it’s name, I eat these things all day and all night long. It’s especially good for nursing a hang-over. Here’s how it works:
Using one side of the GT Xpress break open two eggs, stir up a bit, add cheese, green peppers, refried beans, guacamoli, tomatoes, salsa or whatever you want.
In the other side place the soft-shell taco bread, burrito wrap, pita or whatever you want to call it.
Close the lid, and watch your belly button lint for two minutes.
Open the lid, put the hot burrito wrap bread on a plate, dump the mix onto the bread, wrap that sucker up and chow down!
I make something very similar to this but I add a few extra ingredients. Great recipe!
